Tonight, I signed a petition "Ban Michael Vick from the NFL-Permanently". I'm asking you to sign this petition to help us reach our goal of 100,000 signatures. I care deeply about this cause, and I hope you will support our efforts.

"Michael Vick has openly admitted to the fighting, torture, and murder of many pitbulls on his land in Virginia. These dogs were not only fought but murdered in some of the most brutal ways-beating, drowning, hanging, and even electrocution. For the horrible crimes that Michael Vick has committed, he was sentenced to a mere 23 months in prison, and now his lawyers are announcing that he should be out of prison and in a halfway house any day now. This petition is to encourage the NFL to not reinstate Michael Vick into the NFL EVER! Professional Athletes are Role Models to our Nations youth, whether they want to be or not. Young children look up to them and emulate them. Michael Vick should never be allowed to play professional football again. "

I did it, I finally did it!! I got accepted. I also sent out an application to FGCU. I'm nervous, I'm so nervous. But living back in the city with my best friends has been my dream since I moved down here. And I'm just getting comfortable down here. Funny how thing's like that seem to work out. I'm really proud of myself though, I didn't think I was going to be able to get in :]

Nick and I are going to see the Red Sox play on Saturday and I'm so pumped, he makes me so happy :]

Then I went to boyfriend's house after he was working and he surprised me with flowers, then chocolates the next day. He's the cutest. I haven't felt this way in a long time and I'm so happy. He makes me so happy.

Orlando with the girlies last weekend really put my week together.

I also bought a new bike, and I'm so happy. I'm really glad this week worked out the way it did.

2009 is starting out pretty well.

My new years, and past 2 weeks has been amazing. I flew up to Boston, hooked up with Tully and woke up to a beautiful snow storm. Then bussed it the following day to Brooklyn, New York for new years and was on the roof of the apartment at the stroke of midnight watching fireworks and saw the ball drop from a distance. Then at 6 a.m. we decided to train it to our friend's house in Newark, New Jersey. Crashed there, then woke up way too hungover and smoked blunts all day, ate chinese food and watched Disney classics all day. Then the following day we jetted back to New York, got lost in china town and spent too much money on Taxi's. Finally got to Fung Wah bus station which happened to be on the side of the road in the heart of the city. Bought a New York hotdog, which cost $1.25 and was one the of the best hotdog's I've ever had. Rode the bus back to Boston then drove to Cape Cod.

Alberto & Antonio are in a very popular tambourine, pot banging band that travels the world, which usually brings them to beautiful women. Alberto & Antonio met Gerard Depardieu, a french transvestite with pink hair that Antonio banged in a back alley after a show. She followed them everywhere, these 3 have been inseparable ever since.

On Saturday, I walked into a few pet stores & intersections, handing out flyers about how terrible puppy mills are and why you shouldn't buy from a pet store. I got some irrational responses from some workers, and pissed some people off. And most definitely some looks as though I was a fruitbag at the intersection. But animals can't stand up for themselves so someone has to. And it made me feel so good about myself for doing so.

on the 27th it was baby lucy's very 1st birthday and I got her a cupcake from the doggy bakery and she loved it. We went on a nice long walk & went swimming for a good while. I'm so glad she's mine.

I really want those pictures of everyone's mullets last friday night, because everyone deserves to see these amazing pictures. I wish I could have taken some but my camera was sleeping over dome's house for a few days so he missed the occasion. And had probably the best time at Denny's that night as well. I couldn't ask for a better group of homies to hangout with for real. Then I went to the boys' new house in Okeechobee and it was really relaxing and laid back even though it seemed like a town I would see in a horror movie. I played in the biggest waves I think I've ever seen at a beach called Stuart Rock which reminded me of beaches in MA, which is very rare. And I ran around on the rocks with Joe & I felt like a little girl again and/or Pocahontas. I feel like everything is starting to fit into place comfortably. I love my friends, I'm contently independent, and I've been balancing school with play time equally and I couldn't be much happier than I am right now.

but hey, let's not jynx it.

I've been pushing myself so hard about school, I have to get into Umass Boston next year & I'm really wearing myself thin about it. Amongst other things.

It's sad how someone you think you know so well, could lie to you so consistently to your face and just stab you in the back and not even flinch.

I care about people, I think I'm a good person. It's more than ok to make mistakes. If someone says they don't, they're lying.

If you don't forgive anyone, there's no point in living.
